Don’t be Bullied - learn to get what you want
Many people just suffer in silence, especially when the party bullying them, is a billion dollar multinational.
I have learned to complain effectively and last year, Telekom Malaysia, gave me a 100% rebate amounting to over RM 1,000, Giant –Dairy Farms group gave me a replacement TV and last week, after just 1 email, Carrefour Malaysia gave me a free product worth RM 27.
If you like to be bullied, then go ahead, but when you decide enough is enough, you too, can learn some little skills that can help you take on the big boys, and win!.
It’s not just the money, but the pride of standing up for your rights…ohhh most Importantly, the joy of knowing not one can bully you ever again.
