You really have to be there to see it and feel it for yourself. My words cannot fully describe what and how he can impact you and your life, but I hope to try.
All of us know what we SHOULD do, but we must change our should to MUST. Only then, will you achieve all your goals.
To move from should to must, we need to learn how to get into the PEAK STATE on demand, anytime, so that we take ACTION. For the difference between achieving peak performance and failure, is simply the lack of massive action to move us towards the results we desire.
Motion gives you emotion. Learn how to manage and master your state and when you are emotional about what you truly MUST achieve, you will surely take massive action to achieve massive resutls.
Remember 80% of success is your psychology and 20% is the mechanics. Now you know why attitude - how you think what you think, is everything.
3 things can change your present STATE to a PEAK STATE and change our life and destiny.
1. Who you spend time with - those that will lift you up or those that will pull you down. Choose to surround yourself with winners and positive people who want to help you to succeed, and not to see you fail.
2. What you focus on - Focus equals to feelings. And where you focus on, your energy flows there. If you focus on success, then your energy will bring you there. Our past does not equal our future, unless you keep focussing there!.
a) If you focus on getting what you want, it does not guarantee you success, but if you focus on failure, it guarantees you will get there!.
b) When your life gets into a spin, what does it mean?. Is it the begining or the ending. Those that succeed, are those that have overcome failure many times, and learned how to overcome any setbacks that life throws at you.
c) What are you going to do about it? - Stay focussed on where you must go, not on your fears!. Fear spots the weak hearted from truly achieving massive success.
3. Your psychology - your motions- how you walk, stand, speak, your posture, your body language and your passion driven by your goals.

1. Raise your standards - change your should to musts
2. Change your limiting beliefs. Beliefs give you a sense of certainty. When your mind sees it many times, it believes it. Learn to visualise your success and you can change your beliefs of what is possible.
3. Model a strategy that works. Success leaves clues, so take advice from the successful people around you, not anyone else.
4. Increase your emotional intensity to train and build up your emotional muscles. Remember motions gives you emotions. And our shoulds become musts when we have strong emotions attached to why we must achieve the success.
5. Give more than you expect to receive. The secret to living is giving. So you want to give more, then go earn more, and together we can make the world a better place for our children and future generations.
Yes we learn from our past, but today, we have a new body - a 2007 model. While our body cells renew every day, we also need to have new brain programming to truly achieve the success we MUST have.
We can choose success or failure..And if we dont give it our best shot, we will never be truly happy with ourselves, let alone others.
