Home for the holidays
My maid decided last sunday, that she wanted to return home for a week to celebrate Ramadhan in October, instead of her planned 14 days home leave in December.
Imagine my rush to find her a plane ticket with such a short notice. Airasia was RM800, Kuwait Airlines RM600 but I booked her with KLM for just RM 546.
Good deal really on KLM as its a full service Jumbo 747 airline, leaving KL on 10th Oct at 4pm and returning 16 Oct at 10pm. Good timing also.
But what’s nice about the KLM booking system is that they actually show the out and in calendar colour coded with the rates, so you can really pick the best rates.
Hmmm…Not getting paid to promote KLM, but then again, if i can help some friends get some good rates, why not. We always like to share good things with others and if we get paid to share, its even better.
For my muslim friends, Happy Fasting, and remember, eating too much, too fast and then going to sleep is not good.
