Complaints with Allianz, Citibank and Giant resolved this week
Finally, Fasfix and Allianz sent me a policy endorsement after the blunder made by Fasfix when I renewed my insurance with them in April. 6 months to resolve this is totally unacceptable, so that is the last timeI will get my insurance from Fasfix.
After lunch at KLCC with a customer, I went over to Citibank to resolve some issues with my Airasia annual fees and Giant rebates. Met up with Winnie who gave me her mobile number and told me to call her anytime I need help with Citibank. Wow, talk about great service, Winnie was pretty and exceptional.
I bought a water flask from Giant Hypermarket on 10 Oct and was quite disappointed, as the water could only keep hot for 3 hours. So yesterday 24th, I went to claim a refund. While I am totally happy with the Giant customer service, I am concerned that maybe they are offering inferior products to be sold cheaply.
Since the RM50 flask didnt work, I decided to get a RM20 flask. Seems to be working correctly now, and the maid is happy, not having to boil water so often.
