Andrea turned 18 on 23Feb and this baby is on target for sure.

After a nice steamboat dinner at Home Town in Setapak, we went to shoot a few arrows…cool ya?

Parents can be fun too, if they don’t have to stress out too much looking after the kids and the bills to pay. hahahaha.

SPM results will be out by 13 March and I am sure she will do very well.

Happy Birthday and may all your wishes comes true.

Expressing love on Valentines day or everyday

Saturday, February 14th, 2009

Valentines Day comes just once a year, and some people expect the flowers, chocolates, bears, cards, sexy things and such. But isn’t it more important to express love whether by actions or words everyday?

So to all my dear friends both far and near, you are always in my heart and I have enough love to share it with all of you everyday.

If I don’t say it or do anything on Valentines day, it’s because I’m busy receiving all the love, multiplying it and will return more to you, throughout the year.

I do hope you are loved by many and always in love with a few.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

50 years have gone

Thursday, February 5th, 2009

Time flies and 50 years have passed since that fatefull day 5th feb 1959. What a milestone to cross, considering my reckless lifestyle during my growing years.

Thanks to everyone who have sent me birthday greetings.

My wish is that my next 50 years will be filled with more fun, adventure, excitement, miracles, love and sex too.

Life is certianly good if you have vibrant health, have time and money to spend it with your loved ones.

With age comes experience, which brings wisdom to choose your thoughts,  actions and friends wisely.

Cheers to the 2nd and final phase of my life, as I work towards sainthood!.

Eating to live or living to eat

Sunday, February 1st, 2009

Since January 21st when my eldest girl came home for holidays, it’s been a eating feast day and night. What more with Chinese New Year, my coming 50th birthday on the 5th her grandma’s 90 birthday on the 7th, my Chinese New Year office party on the 8th and not forgetting Valentines day on the 14th.

Some people can easily put on 3-4kg over the Chinese New Year eating and drinking spree, but so far, we are all still maintaining our figures.

Yes with Bioslife Slim, it’s easy to let the body keep on burning fat, instead of storing fat. With science, you get more energy and thus move and raise your metabolic rate and burn more fat. The end result is that you will certainly lose inches.

For those who are constipated, or not visiting the loo 2 to 3 times daily, maybe it’s time to start on Nature’s Tea to remove the excess accumulated waste stuck inside your colon and feel lighter.

Enjoy the eating, and remember, eating is a joy, but staying slim is a science. With Bioslife Slim and Natures Tea, you will have science working for you to reduce your inches easily without dieting or exercise.
