50 years have gone

February 5th, 2009 by kraal

Time flies and 50 years have passed since that fatefull day 5th feb 1959. What a milestone to cross, considering my reckless lifestyle during my growing years.

Thanks to everyone who have sent me birthday greetings.

My wish is that my next 50 years will be filled with more fun, adventure, excitement, miracles, love and sex too.

Life is certianly good if you have vibrant health, have time and money to spend it with your loved ones.

With age comes experience, which brings wisdom to choose your thoughts,  actions and friends wisely.

Cheers to the 2nd and final phase of my life, as I work towards sainthood!.

Eating to live or living to eat

February 1st, 2009 by kraal

Since January 21st when my eldest girl came home for holidays, it’s been a eating feast day and night. What more with Chinese New Year, my coming 50th birthday on the 5th her grandma’s 90 birthday on the 7th, my Chinese New Year office party on the 8th and not forgetting Valentines day on the 14th.

Some people can easily put on 3-4kg over the Chinese New Year eating and drinking spree, but so far, we are all still maintaining our figures.

Yes with Bioslife Slim, it’s easy to let the body keep on burning fat, instead of storing fat. With science, you get more energy and thus move and raise your metabolic rate and burn more fat. The end result is that you will certainly lose inches.

For those who are constipated, or not visiting the loo 2 to 3 times daily, maybe it’s time to start on Nature’s Tea to remove the excess accumulated waste stuck inside your colon and feel lighter.

Enjoy the eating, and remember, eating is a joy, but staying slim is a science. With Bioslife Slim and Natures Tea, you will have science working for you to reduce your inches easily without dieting or exercise.

2 years and my baby returns

January 19th, 2009 by kraal

So fast time has passed, since my eldest girl went off to Australia for her studies. She left in Feb 2007 and tomorrow 21 Jan 2009, she is home for a 3 week holiday.

There cannot be joy without sadness and while I will be celebrating her return, it will be sad when she leaves home again.

Anyway, life is all about hope and dreams, and without them, life would be empty and meaningless. So keep your hopes and dreams alive and you will enjoy every minute of our short stay here in our physical bodies.

It’s been a hectic week just past, but before I continue, here’s wishing you a Blessed Christmas and a fulfilled 2009.

Started with drinks on 19th December in Singapore with some friends, then 20th a potluck. Returning back to KL, there was a class of 75 reunion dinner on 21st. It was good to catch up after 33 years.

Then more dinners on 22nd and 23rd. 24th attended Christmas eve Mass at Shah Alam, followed by supper.

25th started with a high tea then dinner, 26th, a potluck, 27th a dinner, 28th a brunch.

At the moment still free on 29, 30 and 31st But have a dinner planned for the 1st.

Luckily have BIOSLIFE SLIM or else it’s so easy to put on a few kilos during every festive occasion.

Happy holidays and be merry eating and drinking for tomorrow we have SLIM.

Christmas Dinner in Singapore 20 Dec 2008

December 6th, 2008 by kraal

It’s the best time of the year to catch up with friends and associates, to celebrate our journey in 2008 and to prepare for an exciting 2009 ahead.

Irrespective of the state of the economy, there will be those like ourselves who will be capitalising on the uncertainty, to build our businesses to an even higher level and helping others generate an additional income, either part time or full time.

I will be at my Singapore office on Friday 19th December from 2pm till 8pm and on Saturday 20th December from 11am till 3pm. 6pm is pre-dinner drinks at the Raffles Town Club followed by buffet dinner at 7pm.

With month on month sales increases of September up 38%, October up 10% and November up 14%, many associates are getting Fatter wallets and Slimmer bodies with the new Bioslife Slim which just launched.

In good times, people can afford to use more products, but in bad times, people join us to sell more products, to earn an extra income. Anyway, its not that people are not spending money, but just spending wisely. Bioslife Slim is a priority item as this drink will help them slim down and look good.

If you would like to catch up with me in Singapore, either at the Toa Payoh HDB Hub Mall or the Raffles Town Club, do call my Singapore mobile 820 354 33 during the weekend of 19/20 Dec.

Out with the old and renewed hope with the new

November 28th, 2008 by kraal

Will be sending off my maid today after 3 years with me. Unlike all the previous maids that stayed only 2 years, this one was the first that stayed 3 years,

It’s also much cheaper to keep renewing the maid’s employ, rather than recruiting a new one every 2 years. My new maid is going to cost me almost RM8,000 upfront, and RM550 monthly.

On Monday, I will go pickup my new maid and hope that this girl will stay even longer. It’s tiring to train someone how to cook wash, clean and look after the house while you are busy trying to make money.

Wish me luck.

What do you really want?

November 22nd, 2008 by kraal

Thursday past, I attended a Law of Attraction presentation by my friend Izad. Actually it’s the second talk, but this time the focus was on attracting the ideal client to you. I learned more about affirmations and how to include the 6 magic words that can make my affirmation believable and achievable.

Every word that comes out of your mouth or that you focus on in your thoughts is a prayer. So be aware and careful, of what you are thinking and speaking.

What struck me this time was that many people keep complaining about what they don’t like or want, when instead, they should be focussing on what they actually want.

So the next time you hear yourself complaining, stop and ask yourself, what is it that you actually want or how would you like it to change.

If you would like to learn more about the Law of Attraction, Izad is having a coaching program and it’s best you talk to him to get the details.

Meantime, I wish you get exactly what you wish for.
